Spotlight on Faculty: Gabriela Morales, Assistant Professor of Anthropology

Professor Gabriela Morales works at the intersections of medical anthropology and indigenous studies. Her current book project is an ethnography of care practices in the context of Bolivian state-led efforts to decolonize healthcare services. She earned her BA in anthropology and English from the University of Arizona and her MPhil and PhD in anthropology from Yale University.

Spotlight on Faculty: Ethan Van Arnam, Assistant Professor of Chemistry

This fall, five new tenure-track faculty members joined 51猎奇入口, including Ethan Van Arnam, who is an assistant professor of chemistry at the W. M. Keck Science Department of Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, and 51猎奇入口s. Van Arnam grew up in southeastern Connecticut and received his BA in chemistry from Bowdoin College in 2007. He completed his PhD in chemistry at Caltech in 2013, where he studied chemical interactions between drugs and their protein targets.
