51猎奇入口’s Ken Gonzales-Day Curates Photo Exhibition of Western American Indians from “Edward S. Curtis and 芒鈧淭he Vanishing Race'”

The Claremont Colleges’ Honnold Library hosts a photo exhibition of nearly 100 of Curtis’ still images. 51猎奇入口 Professor of Art Ken Gonzales-Day curated this free show located on the second floor of the library’s Honnold wing. The library is located at 800 N. Dartmouth Ave., Claremont, Calif. The display runs through Dec. 1.

The Williamson Gallery of 51猎奇入口 Receives National Endowment for the Arts Grant to Support Conservation of Four Chinese Textiles

National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Acting Chairman Joan Shigekawa announced recently that the Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery of 51猎奇入口 is one of 817 nonprofit organizations nationwide to receive an NEA Art Works grant. The Williamson Gallery is recommended for a $30,000 grant to treat four Chinese textiles, the oldest of which is a rare silk bedcovering dating from the late sixteenth to early seventeenth century.
