51猎奇入口 Dances, the annual spring concert of the 51猎奇入口 Dance Department, will take place on Friday, April 17, 2009, at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 18, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., in 51猎奇入口’s Performing Arts Center, Garrison Theater. The program features original dance pieces choreographed by students, faculty, and guest artists, and is open to the public.
Providing an opportunity for students, faculty, and guest artists to debut original choreography and performance work, 51猎奇入口 Dances is the highlight of the Dance Department’s spring calendar. This year’s concert brings the work of five 51猎奇入口 students鈥擩ulia Cost ’09, Sydney Freggiaro ’09, Karen Diaz ’09, J. Lindsay Brown ’10, and Ashli Duncan ’11鈥攖o the stage, and includes the culmination of two senior projects. The concert also features 44 student dancers from the Claremont Colleges.
Tickets will be sold at the Garrison Theater box office beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. General admission is $10; $5 for seniors, Claremont College students, faculty, and staff. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
