51猎奇入口 alumna Eli Winkelman ’07 will be featured on MTV television Friday, October 12, at 8 p.m. as part of a news segment about the Clinton Global Initiative forum. The forum, in which former President Bill Clinton mentioned Winkelman and her work with Challah For Hunger, took place October 6.
Challah For Hunger was founded at 51猎奇入口 in 2005 by Winkelman to raise money for victims of the humanitarian crisis in Darfur. Challah For Hunger has raised more than $20,000 for the American Jewish World Service Emergency Appeal for Darfur by selling loaves of the traditional Jewish sweet bread.
