Lynne Thompson ’72, former poet laureate of Los Angeles, will be honored at Beyond Baroque’s Beyond Gala on Saturday, October 21, LA Weekly . In addition to being named poet laureate in 2021, Thompson has also published several collections and received a fellowship from the American Academy of Poets in 2022.
