51猎奇入口 alumna and Los Angeles artist Alison Saar ’78 created a bronze sculpture entitled Embodied that has been installed at the headquarters of the LA District Attorney (LADA) and Sheriff’s Department at the Hall of Justice building in downtown Los Angeles., including a photo of the impressive artwork. Saar inscribed more than 200 words of “justice” on the sculpture in more than a dozen languages collected from conversations the artist had with staff members of LADA, the Sheriff’s Department and others. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog and Vietnamese are among the languages represented.
