Millennial Leaders Program

Today, leadership is a global enterprise鈥攁nd its face is changing. From New York to Paris to Hong Kong, women hold top positions in corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations in unprecedented numbers. What does each of these leaders have in common? They understand how to seize professional opportunities, raise their visibility, and influence in complex environments.

The Millennial Leaders Program is designed to help young women who are early in their careers develop the skills necessary to propel them into leadership positions in a range of professional, political, and social domains. The four-day program brings an international network of early career professionals together with expert faculty to explore leadership theory and practice through multiple prisms. Participants benefit from the knowledge of veteran leaders as well as the perspectives, insights, and experiences of a global network of peers.

Expert Facilitators

Expert facilitators will craft an inclusive, brave space to allow for vulnerability and growth through hands-on, highly experiential sessions on women’s leadership development in the 21st聽century. With an intentional shift of the status quo, this program will equip young women early in their careers with the skills and knowledge to define and utilize their own authentic leadership style.

Executive coach and leadership consultant Sara Thompson, PhD facilitates group development and individual coaching to new professionals, management, and executives.

Residential Experience

Participants will enjoy the comforts of home while staying in 51猎奇入口’s newest residence hall, designed in harmony with the distinctive Mediterranean style of 51猎奇入口’ existing architecture. The hall features shared living spaces, courtyards, and access to the College’s beautiful grounds. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, 51猎奇入口’ 32-acre campus is widely recognized as one of America’s most beautiful college campuses in addition to being ranked among the most academically prestigious colleges in the country. The program provides all meals, specially prepared by a professional staff, and participants have access to the College’s Sallie Tiernan Field House, a state-of-the-art health and fitness facility that includes cardio equipment, a weight room, and a 25-meter pool.

Networking opportunities will be available and are encouraged throughout the program. Take advantage of the time to connect with other dynamic women leaders who are on a path to become leaders in their fields, and learn from expert facilitators who will guide your leadership development.
