She was a guest speaker for the opening reception of The Fragile Bee at the Phillips Museum of Art.

Professor Macko received the Jean and Arthur Ames Studio Art Faculty Research Award.
Her work was included in Seven Sisters a virtual exhibition curated by Eleanor Heartney for KTC Affiliated Artists with an accompanying essay.
